1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
.5 oz Agave Syrup
Bar Spoon Kimchi Brine
Slice of Muddled Ginger
Foaming Agent (egg white, aquafaba, or foaming bitters)
Shake vigorously, strain over fresh ice in rocks glass. garnish with chili threads
