Recipe

  • 1.75 oz Kura Shochu

  • 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice

  • .5 oz Agave Syrup

  • Bar Spoon Kimchi Brine

  • Slice of Muddled Ginger

  • Foaming Agent (egg white, aquafaba, or foaming bitters)

Shake vigorously, strain over fresh ice in rocks glass. garnish with chili threads
