  • 1.25 oz Kura Shochu

  • .75 oz Sweet Vermouth

  • .25 oz Dry Sherry

  • 1 oz Bitter Aperitivo

  • 1 Dash Soy Sauce

  • Demerera Syrup to taste

Stir ingredients until mixing glass begins to sweat, strain into a single rocks glass. Garnish with a sake/sherry marinated mushroom.
