  • 1.25 oz Kura Shochu

  • .75 oz Cold Brew Concentrate

  • .5 oz Coffee Liqueur

  • .25 oz Rabarbaro Amaro

  • .25 oz Honey Liqueur

  • Big Pinch Grated Gruyère Cheese

Combine all ingredients in tin, shake vigorously. Double strain into coupe, garnish with grated lemon zest, nutmeg, and a sprinkle of maldon salt.
