.75 oz Cold Brew Concentrate
.5 oz Coffee Liqueur
.25 oz Rabarbaro Amaro
.25 oz Honey Liqueur
Big Pinch Grated Gruyère Cheese
Combine all ingredients in tin, shake vigorously. Double strain into coupe, garnish with grated lemon zest, nutmeg, and a sprinkle of maldon salt.
